Stevan Weine, MD, Professor and Director of the Center for Global Health, University of Illinois-Chicago, has been named the ninth recipient of the Abraham L. Halpern, MD Humanitarian Award of the American Association for Social Psychiatry. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 APA Annual Meeting that was to take place in Philadelphia, we look forward to his Humanitarian Forum Lecture, Building Hope: Scenes from a Global Mental Health Journey at the next Annual Meeting of the American Psychiatric Association.
